Your Classes Agenda
Millions of Educators rely on Edmodo to conduct their classroom online alongside their physical classroom. These educators have over a hundred million students across the world. COVID and the move to online asynchronous learning put our classroom communication tools to the test, and our learners were almost instantly overwhelmed. To be a successful asynchronous classroom tool, we needed to help empower educators by giving them virtual resources familiar to what they rely on in the physical world, giving learners clear guidelines.

Challenges
Edmodo’s classroom has a single stream intending to allow educators to share announcements, tasks, and promote conversations. The stream became overwhelmingly a mix of announcements, assessments, assignments, and conversations. Making it difficult for both educators and learners to stay on top of what was happening in the classroom.
Goals
The goal of this project was to help Educators better organize and communicate important priorities and expectations to their learners in a asynchronous format. Additionally, we wanted to help Learners & Parents keep track and execute on the expectations educators have for them and their class. We expected this to increase assessment view and completion rates.
